It’s easier to recognize God's goodness when we can see how everything worked out. The harder part is trusting Him when we're still in the middle.
The prayer hasn’t been answered yet. The decision still isn't clear. The family is working through something. The future looks different than we expected.
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5
Faith doesn't require pretending everything is easy.
Sometimes faith is opening a well-used Bible when you’re tired. Sometimes it is praying, “Lord, I don’t understand this yet, but I trust You.” Sometimes it is simply doing the next right thing and leaving tomorrow in God's hands.
If you're in the middle of something today, don't mistake unfinished for forgotten. There are still pages ahead.
