Because we operate an ecommerce and dropshipping business, products may ship from different fulfillment locations, including locations outside the United States.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are generally estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless we specifically state otherwise.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages or on different days.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Eligible regular-priced merchandise may qualify for return when you contact us within 14 calendar days after receiving your order and the merchandise meets our return requirements.

Unless an item qualifies as defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

ALL SALE, CLEARANCE, DISCOUNTED, CLOSEOUT, AND FINAL-SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Products that are personalized, customized, printed specifically for a customer, or made to order may be considered final sale once production begins, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Please carefully review spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors, photographs, and other customization information before submitting your order.

The customer is responsible for errors in information provided to us.

If we or our fulfillment partner make an error in producing the product according to the information you submitted, please contact us so we can address the problem.

Digital downloads, ebooks, printables, templates, graphics, guides, worksheets, and other digital products are generally final sale once delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Unless a product expressly includes a commercial-use license, purchasing a digital product provides a license for the permitted use stated with that product and does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
