14-Day Refund & Return Policy

At The Fleming Collective, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Items should be returned with their original packaging and tags, when applicable.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

  • All sale, clearance, discounted, and final-sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except when an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. The Fleming Collective is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and photos showing the problem. Once the issue is verified, The Fleming Collective will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping and will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • All sale or discounted merchandise

  • Clearance items

  • Items specifically marked Final Sale

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital downloads or digital products once delivered or accessed

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Sale merchandise is considered final sale regardless of the discount amount.

If a final-sale item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days so we can address the issue.

How to Start a Return

Before mailing an item back, please contact The Fleming Collective with your name, order number, item you wish to return, and reason for the return.

Returns sent without first contacting us may experience processing delays.
