There is something about a family table that says more than the furniture itself ever could.
It can hold Sunday dinner, homework papers, unopened mail, a Bible, birthday candles, a half-finished project and somebody's elbows all in the same week.
That is a little like what we hope The Fleming Collective becomes.
Not a perfectly arranged corner of the internet, but a place with room for real people and real seasons of life. Some days we may share something meaningful. Other days it might be a recipe, a family adventure, something that made us laugh, or a simple idea that made home life easier.
We believe families need more places that remind us there is still plenty of good in the world—and plenty of good we can put into it ourselves.
So there will always be another chair here.
Sharing Our Family With Yours. 🤎
Reader question: If there were an extra chair at your table tonight, who would you love to have sitting in it?
Picture idea: A rustic dining table with mismatched chairs, Sunday dishes, seasonal flowers and soft window light. A real photograph from your home would make this especially personal.
Handmade detail: “There's room for you here.”
